When you’re the world’s largest online video platform, developing new products is inherently a messy, wicked problem.
Over the years, we had worked with YouTube’s internal innovation team to incorporate human centered design into the company’s new product strategy and development process.
Additionally, we’ve worked with product-specific teams on incorporating a more intimate understanding of their audience and explore new opportunities from unexpected perspectives. Our collaborations with the company yielded new features, business models, and partnerships.
